DO I NEED TO PURCHASE TICKETS IN ADVANCE?

Tickets can be purchased at the counter, however, we strongly encourage purchasing tickets in advance through our website to ensure you get the desired time slot.​

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your start time to allow sufficient time to check in. 

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

The Second & San Carlos Street Garage offers free parking for the first 90 minutes (subject to change). Street meter parking is also available, free Mon-Sat after 6pm & free Sundays and Holidays (subject to change). Other parking options might be available.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Yes, spacial pricing is available for certain ages, please check our pricing page. 

ARE PETS WELCOME?

Certain pets are allowed on pet days, please check our social media and/or with staff for upcoming pet days.

 

ARE FOOD AND BEVERAGES ALLOWED INSIDE?

Food and beverages are not allowed on the sets, however they are allowed in designated areas.

CANCELLATION POLICY?

Tickets are non-refundable, however, ticket time can be changed to a different day, if staff is notified at least 10 minutes prior. 

 

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR BIG GROUPS?

Yes, please fill out an inquiry through our website.

 

ARE PROFESSIONAL CAMERAS ALLOWED?

Yes, professional cameras are allowed anytime, however, additional equipment is only allowed on certain bookings/events, please contact staff for additional details.
